How quickly should I contact an employment class action lawyer?

If you believe that your employer is violating the law in a way that affects multiple employees, then you want to contact an employment class action attorney as soon as possible. There's three main reasons for this. Number one, you want to make sure that you don't miss any deadlines. In California, the lawyers that specialize in this type of law know when the deadlines are, and if you wait too long, you may miss a deadline.

Number two is you want to preserve evidence. There's lots of evidence that your employer is violating the law that an employment class action attorney will be able to get out and understand. Number three is you want to identify key witnesses.

There may be other people who may be able to help you. Once an attorney evaluates these three things, they'll be able to tell you whether or not you have a class action case or some different type of a case.

But the important thing is to contact an employment law attorney who specializes in class action as soon as you can.
